From walking to running a 5K

This is a beginner-friendly group designed to go from walking to running a 5K in just 8 weeks. We start slow and use the run/walk method to build stamina.

Next Group Run Starts: Monday, March 13 through Friday, May 5, 2023

We meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00am, with each session lasting between 30 - 45 minutes.. We will run a 5K on the last session.

Group Run (as an 8-Week program): $80

Program includes:

- PDF print out for the 8-week program

- 24 in-person group runs

- Unlimited Q&A

There’s a closeness about people who run together. We become better friends and athletes by the company we keep.
